Henry J has a great body and was painted white 5-years ago. New fiberglass fenders were installed before it was painted. After the paint was done all the Chrome was redone and is still in excellent condition.    The interior has been redone in black and has suffered from sitting outside under carport for the last 5-years  In 1962 I built one of these with a 401 Buick motor and automatic. It ran in the low 11″s very consistently at 111mph. We drove our car over 100 miles to the drag strip on the weekends all with the original running gear. The Buick motor was completely stock except for hydraulic lifters. This was back in the days when you “run what you brung”. I have included a front-page photo that was taken in 1962 in Flagstaff, Az where I am holding a trophy that was won three days before in the B/Gas class at Phoenix, Az.  This being said, these little Henry J”s are running in the low 8’s with the equipment available todays.
